About 6 months ago, there was a discussion RE: places to have a replacement windshield installed on the cheap.

Couldn't find anything on the Automotive Directory or via board search.

Could someone please give me a couple of recommendations?

If everything goes well, I'll get mine done this week. Currently waiting for the availability of the OEM glass. If everything turn out good, I'll let you know. This shop is located in San Jose though.

I used Safelite Safelite Autoglass
Very professional. paid $244 for the front windshield.
They send a truck to your site and do the work there.
It's best if they can work in your gargage, in case of rain.

Genji--you're the only other Liquid Aluminum guy I've heard of in these parts. I know the paint was a little extra but I freakin' love it. Side note, have you gotten any touch-up paint yet. The color was a on year deal only so I'm a little worried if I dont' get any soon...
