i think any dealer can do it. don't know if they literally use steam, but they can beautify your engine bay if they have a detail shop.

 

I had my under carriage steam cleaned at a shop in down town S.J. near the Shark pit. I don't rememer the street but it was next to a hand car wash place. I just checked my receipts and got the info you need,

San Jose Auto Steam Cleaning, 32 Stockton Ave.

Cost was $65 for entire uncer carriage. engine can't be more than that.
