Default Rear Clicking sound?

The sound happens on acceleration on slow speeds. It has gotten worse the past couple weeks. It clicks like 4-5 times in a row now.

Anyone here have taken their Z to get it fixed? What dealer should I go to get it fixed? I know there is a TSB for it, but was just wondering what Nissan dealer in the Bay knows the fix.

How long does it take to get fixed? And do you think they would say anything about me having test pipes or are they mod friendly?

From what ive heard, if u dont fix that problem the axle bearings can go out and cause major damage. Which in turn will be expensive to fix without warranty.
