Hey everyone. I need a new front bumper along with a good paint job for it. Can anyone refer me to a shop in the bay area that can get me a good price for it? i have been quoted $750-900, depending on whether i go with a reconditoned bumper or a new one. Obviously i want to go with a new front bumper. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks and good looking out.

Tell Mr. Gia (the owner) that Alex refers you down. He will take good care for you. Few of us here had our painting job done there. He is an expert in color matching for our Z now.

BTW, they are working on the bodykit for a 06 RED Z now. You can stop by to see how the color matching.

indierock, I have a '03 Silverstone bumper for sale if you want it. That's nothing wrong with it just some under bumper scatches and some rock chips. You can get it repainted if you have a different color Z or just want a brand new look. How soon do you want it as I still haven't put on my new bumper yet.

 

dood just buy my daytona blue bumper, it has a pass side scrape thats LIGHT, the body shop will just smoothen it out and respray the bumper anyways, it's a bone stock oem front bumper, I have two thats why I don't need it haha. I'll sell it for $70 get it off my hands man!!!

 

Group II --Bob -- San Leandro--going there today. Got the front bumper hit while parked . Clear Bra saved the paint, but bumper got pooched to the passengers side enough to move the left light ever so slightly upward. He marked up the Clear Bra from the wheal well to the middle of the bumper, not a mark on the piant. Clear Bra is most likely gone.

Bob has been paint matching for all my car since 1995,always a PERFECT match. Last two times the Infiniti I30 medium gray metal flack. His prices are alway v.good

 

Mind if I ask how much he charged *just* for the repaint?

sounds pretty interesting. see i have the brickyard color so what i have to do is have the shop strip your color and repaint it. I need to find out if its gonna save me money going that route or buy a new bumper and have that one painted which means no stripping of the paint required.
