herei s a funny situation, my volvo is still PA licensed...and i am in the process is sellin git, i got a few buyers intersted, but one wants to make sure it passes CA smog, and wants me to provide proof that it does...

i am unfamaliar with the system here in CA, does anyone know of aplace locally i can simply have the car smogged, do a print out and show it to the guy? i dont want to have to first register the vehicle in CA etc etc...
