We'll try to get something setup soon. How does July 1 sound? I know some people are graduating on June 17/18, so if we wait a couple of weeks, that way those who are still in school or are going to be attending graduation will be able to make it out.

Okay, but seriously we've gotta start planning this. I'll create another thread where we can all talk about the meeting date, place, time, etc (for all norcal/socal). That way we can confirm everything and get the ball rolling, so to speak.

What time do we anticipate meeting at Hearst Castle? Around 11AM? Noon? 1PM? Other?

 

Thanks Bhasha I have not been on the boards alot lately so it would help if you also took control on this or maybe we can meet up a lunch somewhere to compare ideas and then cordinate with GQ via phone or something. I say we start another thread where we can post when would be a ideal time so we can then compare and try to accomodate everyone....

 

Good, now we need specifics on the planned trip. i.e. Departure Time, Groupings to make trip together, route planning, etc. Good ideas make good planning and much more fun to include drive down, and drive back I would think. Organizers for this trip, let's hear some ideas. :-)
