Obviously from the pic, yes. From what I recall from watching a special on this car, It's considered a Kit Car here which means it's delivered in pieces. I believe this is the loophole they found to allow this car to be legal here in the States. You just have to find a good shop to put it all together.

It looks like you stumbled across a Noble M12 GTO-3R. This car has the body and chassis built in South Africa by Hi-Tech. Then imported to the US to 1g racing in Ohio. Then fitted with a Roush engineered twin turbo Ford V-6 with a 6 speed Gertrag Transmision.

0-100mph in 8.8 sec
quarter mile in 11.9 sec
425 bhp

Wow that would be a really good run especially from a roll. My best stats are: and I didn't get eons of time to test like they probably have

0-60mph in 4.3 sec
0-100mph is unknown but 7.9 1/8 @ 92mph I think was my best
quarter mile in 12.1sec 117mph w/ 1.83 or 84 60ft
530 bhp
515 lb ft torque
weight 3360 lbs.
Price: Priceless hahaha
