Anyone know of a body shop that could cut vents into my OEM hood?

After you're done cleaning it up, could you post some pics?
Thanks to GTNPU Z for pointing me in the right direction to this thread.
Any questions, I'll try to answer - you seem to have most of them nailed though
I'd like to see some of the results from a knife and a bottle of Jack though

Ques. How does the rain keep from going into the vents?
Also with good answer, add me to list if there's going to be a group buy also. And if there's a way to keep the water out, then plain pm me now, if there's not a group buy.

I'm going to get some thin plate aluminium that can be cut to the shape of the underside cut-out, except for having some longer length lugs where the support structure seperates from the hood skin.
That way I should be able to flex the plates to get them to joggle fit into the cut out
Once that works, I'lll get them powdercoated black
My car is in the shop at the moment having some work done (suspension, brakes, differential, engine, bumper) but, once I get it back and drop the hood on, I'll have a play

Im all for a group buy! count me in, im in the sacramento area of Northern CA.
I was told some CF hoods come with slip in vents to stop rain from draining into your engine bay. Doesnt seem to hard if you know what your doing cutting holes into a hood. Just my opinion. I obviously wouldnt do it myself, but if a shop can do it part of the group buy im all in if the price is right.

Okay so heres the deal, my friend is going to cut the vents, smooth everything out, and paint the hood. He stated that if you cut the vents without painting the hood, the edges will not be smooth and possibly burnt during the cutting.
Price painted (paint matches dead on).
**Cash Please**
$500 without group buy
$475 with at least 5 people.
