Talking Package Deal -- THREE Track Days, Only $500!

T.E.A.M. Racing (www.team-racing.org) is putting on a weekend event at Reno-Fernley's new four-mile course on Saturday and Sunday, August 26-27. Cost for one day is $190, cost for both days is $350. The event includes a supply of Gatorade and bottled water, snacks, catered lunches, instruction, and at least two hours of track time. Full details are at the website, or go directly to the .pdf registration form at www.onemain.com/~bonster/augustrfr.pdf to sign up. This event will fill quickly once word gets out, so sign up soon! I promise you'll have a blast!

Less than a week later, on Friday, September 1st, we are putting on a day out at Thunderhill, all the same perks, for $225. The form is located at www.onemain.com/~bonster/thunderhill_09_01.pdf If you want to take all three days, we have a package deal for only $500!!! That's less than $170 per day! This makes a savings of $75 ~ money for gas. Not enough these days, but every little bit helps! If you wanna do the package deal, please send in both forms and I'll know to give you the discount.

***That's really strange. I just tried it and it worked, but it's happened to folks a few times before. When I can't get a .pdf to load up, I reboot my system and then it works. Don't ask me why, it just does. But if you send me a message via email to bonni@weatherwax.net I can just email you the file so that you don't have to mess with it again. Sorry for your troubles!

they'll fade like britney spears. One track day and they'll be cooked.

The overall handling of a 350Z out of the box is sufficient, in my opinion. If you are a novice driver, I don't think the brakes will go away on you, but in light of what Nitrouz said, you might want to look into an upgrade. Perhaps check out https://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-drivetrain/48487-aftermarket-products-list-updated-08-29-05-a.html for some ideas and a very well-maintained list of brake products available. Nitrouz -- do you have suggestions for high performance (track and street) brake pads?

had a couple track days with my stock brembos, and the pads were all cooked within a day. Now I'm running Stoptech 14" front and rear big brake kit, and when the brakes are pushed, seems like it'll never fade...

Hey absolutg,
I upgraded my pads to Hawk HPS, replaced my rotors with drilled/slotted, installed stainless steel lines and ran a full day at Thunderhill without any brake fade or abnormal wear. If you are NA there really is no need to go big brake and you can save a few bucks.... At the least replace the pads. By the way you really have to try it - a great experience!
