Default Anyone has driver side window problem?

My driver's side window started acting up and stop working at times. I've read the repair section for info, found it, but I am mechanically challenged. If anyone local can help, I'm more than happy to buy lunch....

Thank you.

Yeah the repair is not that difficult but it requires two as one holds the window while you take apart the door. I'd help but I only did it once and if we get stuck somewhere we are screwed. Do you have a new motor already since that may be the problem.

I had both my windows fixed by Nissan when I had Audrey. They replaced both motors because they couldn't find the problem. I did it after warranty and the dealer did it for free because of their "good faith" warranty.

Bring it on over, I'll fix it. I am the master at panel removal now along with relay and switch issues on those window motors. Let me know, I'm home all weekend.

I just had mine replaced 2 days ago. Unfortunately, I have to pay a $50 copay with the extended warranty.

To the OP, are you still under the basic (or extended warraanty if you bought it)? BOTH of my windows failed (driver's side first and passenger shortly after) on my 04 Z. The dealer replaced the both power window motors and regulators under warranty.

Terence,

My window has stopped working.

I am in San Mateo. Can I give you some gas money to fix mine?
