well, low and behold, parking at ranch 99 got me...came back to find a crease in my passenger side back door.

about 15" long, no paint chips or scratches, just a crease...looks like someone ran a shopping chart into it and then push it along the door for a little over a foot ! its not a crease plus dent like if someone back into a post, looks honestly like say if you look at the "flame surfacing" on a BMW Z4 from the sdie on a sunny day, just a line crease...

so now need to find one of those paintless places to take care of it...from what i have seen, these creaes can be removed...

any recommendations? preferrably in san jose area...

If you don't want to wait, DentPro is a decent place. Pricey though. There are cheaper alternatives, but you would have to wait most of the time.

Asian Shopping Plazas = Door Ding Heaven

Well, unfortunately there hasn't been a door ding meet in a while. They usually discount fairly small dents to about $20 each. Usually, you're looking at $80 a pop.

 

It was done by Westcoast Dents, and it was organized by Gruppe-S in Hayward

 

a lot = $90 for a dime sized ding...

yea I still want them...but have to find the time. My car is in for build at the moment......

yeah that parking lot at that ranch 99 scares me. i only live a few blocks from that shopping place so i go there often to buy food. i try to steer clear from the front parking lot...... try hankook market in el camino and lawerence. sometimes there are cute koreans working there. =D
