Talk about bad luck
Ok so I was at the gym and I was doing free weights. My friend was with me and I was on my last set, so I decided to put my ipod and my treo 700wx (one week young) in my backpack since I didn't need to carry it on me.. I finish my set and drop the weights (80lbs) and it bounces and slams onto my backpack. I didn't think anything of it until my friend left and that's when I grabbed my iPod. Doesn't work. Then I check my phone.. The screen is obliterated.

But I read up on how to fix the iPod, a nice drop onto the carpet fixed it right up. Saves me $350+ from buying a new one. Luckily, I have insurance on the phone too. I came home knowing I ruined $800+. So if you guys need anything just pm me, I hopefully should have a new phone at the beginning of next week.

I was reading on ipod hacks and one guy said just drop it on carpet and it will work again.. sounded crazy. but it worked...
I'm on the phone right now with insurance and way to go Sprint for saying I didn't enroll in insurance, even though that's the first thing I did when I activated.

yeah i'll throw some Z5 on there to fill in the scratches haha... After an hour and a half, Sprint's going to replace my phone.. I would have been assed out of $500.. Insurace was saying my insurance coverage didnt start until today even though I called in to get insurance on the 21st.
