Default Beware of ebay frauds

After posting my ps3 and my nokia on ebay. I got some bids and alot of solicitations. There is a lot of spammer and scammer on there. Becareful when you sell things on there. Whether this is legit or not, I am not sending anything nigeria. Nothing against Africa but I stated in my auction ship to United State only.

as example, the nokia had a winner and he sent the following to me.

eugenecanady( 17)

Member since: Feb-23-02

Registered on: www.ebay.com
Item: Nokia 9300 PDA Phone unlocked (280061419147)
This message was sent after the listing closed.
eugenecanady is the winner.

You should have taken my original offer of $300.

Since you didn't, I took it off the table. My new offer is $51.

Yeah, usually goes to the next highest bidder if the first one falls through......

I'll offer $301 cash, plus I'll come pick it up myself, plus a vacuum demo with my new Bissell vacuum before 12/25/06.

looks like the ebay ps3 buyer keisha807 with 0 feedback hasn't responded for payment. Why do people do this? Bid and not planning on buying?
anyways. Since Henry bid on it so Henry got first dibs. If he doesn't want it, I'm open for first person that confirm retail price. $599 + Tax + $10 parking = $670. I'm already loosing money on stupid ebay fee..... ~sigh..
