PPI - Pre-Purchase Inspection for a Z
How much should I pay and where is a good place for this service? Does Z car garage do it?

So if I read correctly, you are trying to buy a used 350Z and you want to get it inspected before purchase?
I would honestly suggest AAA. They do a like a 100 point vehicle inspection and I have used them before. The cost is about 100-150 depending on what kind of AAA membership you have or lack thereof.
If you don't have AAA, get a friend who has a AAA membership to call in so you can save some money.
