Default Someone just hit my car!

I honestly cannot believe how some people are just plain stupid when comes to parking. As I was having lunch today, one of my co-worker rushed up ti me and told me someone had accidently tapped/hit me car. So i ran out and two guys told me they saw what happened. Some elderly couple backed out their minivan and was backing up next to my car. I guess they turned and accicently tapped my side fender and created a dent . I also saw a paint transfer on my left front wheel as well. At forst i wasn't pissed, but now ehen i think about it, those old *** couple should've felt the impact. The dent wasn't that noticeable until you go up real close. Do you guys think the tap damaged the wheels and suspension? I AM SO PISSED!!!!!!!!

i would be too. as long as nothing was pushed in you should be alright. And the most important thing is that you still love your car. Ive seen people get a scratch in their car or a dent, what have you, and all of a sudden they lose all enthusiasm for the thing.

So they just took off? Did your friends get a plate number? Old farts like that make me believe DMV should make elderly ppl retest regularly for their license...

Who is paying for that damages? Maybe you can have their insurance pay for a wide body kit. =)

Nothing was pushed in, there was just a barely noticeable small dent on the fender. But i did notice a small paint transfer on the outer rim. But it wasn't bent or anything.

I'm gonna meet up with Ed (quality dent repair) at Serramonte lexus tomorrow about a small ding on my fender. If you're in the area, he said he'll be there 7:30 in the morning for a couple of hours.

seems like you should be fine. It doesn't sound like too bad of a tap, can you get away with just leaving it as is?
