Default Hotchkis spring install?

Hello, I got some springs about a year or so ago, and I had never had them installed because of being sick (yah for about a year I was sick) so now I am all better, and want to get my springs on.. Already got my rims on, but I can't find anyone professional wise to put on the springs.

Anyone have any ideas?

There's got to be tuner shops in Sacto that can do that. It's an easy mod.

Any wheel/tire/brake place can do it.
