Default Shops for rim widening?

i want my rim widened to be 10.5 inches and is 8.5 inches right now... does anybody know where i can get this done in the bayarea. i dont want to drive out to stockton.

Suggestion, buy new rims!

I have seen this done with the track rims and it looked extremely dangerous...
If the rim cracks while your driving YOU WILL DIE!! Your car will drop to the rotor and not be pleasant!!

no joke, when i hit a curb going 50, my rims shattered and well.. i was riding on my rotors for about 50 ft... biggest scare of my life. AXIS RIMS BLOW!! stupid CRAXIS!

And this wasnt your fault! If he did this to his rim and it cracked it would be his fault, insurance would not cover his car!

Goodluck, why dont you just go buy a Tig welder and do it yourself if your that risky with your life!! LOL

Although I've seen this done before, as a member with a materials background, I highly recommend against it.

lol...check the used wheels/tires section before you go trying to get your wheels widened.
