I agree he's in a lot of trouble and needs a lawyer. I recently got stopped in Virginia for 86 in a 65mph zone on I-85. That's automatically reckless driving in VA. I consulted a couple of attorney friends who said get a lawyer who is local to where the trial will be, a very small county seat. I had a clean record, voluntarily took a driving course before the trial, and my good ole boy lawyer got it whipped down to 74mph. I paid a $135 fine plus $45 court costs and got no points. For a RD conviction in VA, you can get up to a $2000 fine and 6 months in the pokey, along with loss of license. If he pleads guilty, he will probably get at least a huge fine and loss of license.

This is off the subject, but most of the posts on this thread are WAY OFF THE SUBJECT, "bz8", your avatar pic is hilarious .
Although it's rude in this thread, "GRAMMER TIME" is pretty funny too .
Another one that just cracks me up is:
It reminds me of that dork that filmed himself playing "jedi warrior". You know, the one that a bunch of people posted all over the web after making their modifications. Too funny .
Enough laughs ... back to work .
Crap. I'm sure glad we have an "edit" button. After I clicked on "post" I noticed that I made a spelling error . That's the last thing anyone wants on this thread. I couldn't imagine!!!! You guys might have had me in tears . Sure glad I caught it.

I think that you might be able to get away without paying the ticket, and thats if the cop who pull you over didnt show up, but if you got pulled over at SF area I know a good lawyer that can wipe your ticket away, because she know most of the judge there in SF, Cheers.
