looking at 3 points for that, possible licencse suspension, fine around $700, Insurance hike of 2000% for 3 years. your screwed! Do a trial by written declaration, its the only thing that gives you even a slight chance of a reduction.

I was going to challenge because I was honestly going around 90 but cop said 103. But being that the judge ripped the other guys before me a new one for lame excuses... I just fessed up plus I had a clean record up to that point so he offered the minimum and I just went with it. The biggest pain was the insurance hike that's for sure but its been 3 years so the premium is finally coming down!

good luck!

Better watch out Arvin, don't let the fact that we played poker regularly with Jason and Kyle, and know Takao let you think you can be unbanned! Or maybe you can be? Who knows? We've only been here since the beginning.

Just went to court earlier this month. Guy was doing 100+, fat fine, 2 pts, and 1 month suspended license. Have someone there to drive your car home or come with you. They take it right then and there. Look to do a trial by written declaration. My friend actually got off free and clear using ticket assassin when he fought his 100+.

He got lucky, that's all I'm going to say for him.

You would need to be able to justify why you were going over the speed limit by 48mph.

Shoot me a pm, I can give you the format for the written declaration if you choose to do so.
