Default Rays lug lock

Hi,

Stupid me. I misplaced the lock to my Rays Lugs somewhere in my garage and I can't find it. Without that I can't remove my wheels. I need to remove my wheels so the body shop can do some work on the left rear quarter panel.
Does any body know where I can get the lock locally in San Jose or Fremont? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff,

They will have to break it off... Chances are even if you do find someone that has a key - it wont be the right one... Sorry man... Good luck to you...

If you cant find a better solution, do this..

use an impact wrench and torque the hell out of the rest of the lugs(not the one with the lock). Now hopefully with all that pressure onto those lugs will loosen the lock a bit. Then you can use a slightly over-sized socket (whatever kind that would just grab the outter edges of the lock) and place it over the lock. Now use a hammer and strike the socket over the lock til it grabs onto the lock. Finally, place a socket wrench and unsrew the lock.

I'm not a mechanic so excuse the improper terms/words... ,but hopefully you get the idea.

Thanks guys! I didn't expect to break them off but that's my only option now.

Thanks!

Hey Jeff,

I have one...

Not sure if it's the same, but I'd be happy to meet you at a shop like Z Car Garage so u can swap out your lugs.

Let me know...
