Don't need any- everyone is friendly and willing to help out- at least stop by and say "hi". We need to grow the bay area (Northern Cal) group.

Default Hey Whatever

I don't know, that's what he told me. See the funny thing was I flew by him at about 100 mph, he was in the slow lane, and I didn't see him until I passed him. First thing he says to me is "It's not every day I get passed". He he, this was in my Prelude by the way. Then he says "Now keeping in mind honesty is the best olicy, how fast were you going before you saw me?" I said 90 even though I knew I was going 100. Stupid me, I know now, never admit guilt. Anyways his response was "Good because I was pacing another car at 85mph." That's when I asked him, am I going to be in any deeper trouble since I was going so much faster than the limit? And he gave me that 66 to 99 mph spiel.

Default Missed Opportunity.....

On my way down I-5 towards L.A. on Thursday nite, I followed a CHP going 110-115mph for a good 15 mins even cutting in and out. Apparently, he had just made a U-turn on the median from I-5N. This guy was nuts!! He would turn his lights on to get cars on the fast lane to move over but then turn them off again. I had my digicam w/ me but neither I or my gf was unable to reach for it and record this event. Man, this would've been perfect proof in fighting a speeding ticket in excess of 90mph. Sorry, I didn't get his plate down either.....

I guess that's what CHP do for fun? If I was CHP patrolling in the middle of no where... I would first wish I have one of those new camaros CHP cars and do top speed runs all day!!
I guess that's why I'm no CHP...
