Comcast is really pissing me off!!!
So my Internet AND Cable TV have been down since Friday the 24th. I keep calling Comcast to find out WTF is going on and they keep telling me they are redoing all the connections in my city (Sunnyvale). The worse part is, they can't give me an ETA on when the hell they're going to finish! They didn't even give out a notification that they were going to do this So now I am doing all my personal stuff from work which is fine but it sucks when I need to lookup something when I'm at home. I think the worse part is I'm missing games because my TV is down! I'm definitely going to demand they deduct the cost of my service being down cause this is totally unacceptable.
Anyone else in my area experiencing this????

switch to at&t and use the promotion code: wf1485
haha cheap shot to advertise, but statistically we supposedly got the best customer service rating amongst customers (new and current). fyi

**** Comcast. I just got rid of them totally last week. They never had the correct equipment I needed, and they knew nothing about their products. I asked them if they had a HDMI cable and they gave me components and said it was HDMI. I asked them when they would get their HD/DVR boxes in and they said maybe sometime next month. What a load of crap having to wait a month to get equipment.
Switched to Dish Network and couldn't be happier. An amazing picture even when not on an HD channel. My Comcast picture looked like hell on non HD channels. I switched my phone and internet to Bellsouth also. I am so glad I don't have to give that worthless company another cent of my money.
