I finally scraped my lip down in the ghetto off El Camino. Pissed me off but it was bound to happen eventually.

 

haha no, I got a new bumper, but we were talking about his Enkei 92's that im refinishing for him... sorry to hear about your lip though, its probably just in the clear coat though which comes out with some buffing haha

Spider Monkey = That sucks lol, i scrape all the time and i dont even have a lip haha...did you crack the lip? or did you just scrape the bottom of it?

 

spray the bottom of the lip with some bedliner.... then you wont have to worry unless you hit hard enough to break it...

 

I think it is a little more than what will buff out.
Just a very minor scrape. I saw it coming so I slowed to a WHAO. Just a 4 inch long scab underneith is all. I'll live.

i dont think the paint on my lip on my maxima (stillen) stayed there for longer than 6 months before it was all rubbed off from scraping..lol looks perfect unless you were under the car....

Do they have experience working on our 350z's? They seem to know a lot about Z's, but a few were nit happy with their work on the 350's..

 

Most of their expertise is with the z32 ..

 

ah, it's too bad. they seem really nice, and knowledgable about their Z31/32's. I only have AC work to do, but it'll be a bit complicated since I have a Vortech SC which they may have to take off/on... Have to think about it.

 

why not just call them and ask...?

 

Just put the lips on. I like it so far. I want less wheel gap but dont want to go lower so i may need to go with some 19's soon.
