Hey anyone got a ticket for "exceeding 65mph" before? Well he approx my speed was 80pmh. Know how much gonna cost?

But what he said on the ticket is "exceed 65mph lane #1 to lane #2"
approx speed 80mph.

I was changing lane to exit too!

yes i got that ticket actually mine stated 95mph in 65mph zone. bogus ticket because i was in traffic coming home from the bay area. at the most i was doing 70 to 75mph. i just looked like i was going faster because people were slamming on their brakes when they saw the copy.

anyhow. i paid $350 for that ticket.

I just recently got a ticket for exceeding 65mph on 680 in Pleasonton. He wrote me down for 80mph, and the ticket was $188 including traffic school.

99 right after Mack Rd. there is a highway patrol station off the freeway on Mack rd. Pretty lame ticket, he said as he was entering the freeway and I was changing lane at 80mph and wrote me a ticket.

Just got the paper from court... $161 plus $31 fee for traffic school then gotta pay at traffic school too soo about $220.
I was just wondering, if i plea "not guilty" they gonna reschedule for another court date, if the cop doesnt show up, they will dismiss the case. does anyone know what if the cop show up will my fine goes up? or still be the same?

the fine should stay the same. a lot of times the cops don't show. however my friend is a cop and he uses the courts as a way to score a ton of overtime. more tickets he writes more overtime for him so good luck with that you might get lucky. you should use one of those ticket lawyers. they are pricey but no points off you're license.
