Sacramento Drag Racing Test-n-Tune Saturday 24 November
Hey Fellas,
A few of us are headed/meeting up this Saturday at Sac Raceway for their Sat night Grudgefest. I haven't been in years, but a few of the locals told me that there were very few cars in the recent Saturdays they have attended.
The event is held from noon-4pm, and the gates open at 10am. $50 per car/driver: http://www.sacramentoraceway.com/
Don't blame your times on gaining weight from too much turkey!
Hope to see you there!
Basic Rules:
1. All drivers must have a valid state driver's license.
2. All vehicles must pass a basic NHRA ET Bracket safety inspection. For a full listing of requirements, consult an NHRA Rulebook.
3. A single co-driver is permitted in vehicles running slower than 14.00 seconds. Co-drivers must be at least 16 years old and must sit in the front seat.
4. All drivers and co-drivers must wear long pants and shirts with sleeves (no tank tops).
5. SFI approved helmets are required for all vehicles running quicker than 14.00 seconds.
6. Significant additional requirements including but not limited to a roll bars and driver's jackets are required for vehicles quicker than 11.50 seconds.

Any Z33 owners making it out there Saturday? Any Sactown folks running? I'll be driving up with a bunch of Z32's. I wonder what I'll run with the 19's and no burnout...should be exciting. I'll post some videos for sure.
Good times out there Saturday. The track prep wasn't great, and it was a little crowded, but seeing all those Zs in that sea of domestics was worth it. I especially liked the "what's in that" look I got from the Z06 after our run.
Thanks for making it up, Alvin! Did you take any vid?
