anyone ever been there and got a tune or work done. i was recommended to their shop. any feedback about them would be nice thanks!

right on allen i will, appreciate it! i need to get my Z tuned badly. what kind of dyno do they use over there?

 

ok so i called tech 3 to get a quote on the installation of the greddy emanage and dyno tune. they asked if i have the english instructions and i told them no i have the japanese version. the guy on the phone told me it would take all day because he needed to translate the instructions. i am sure there is an english version somewhere on the net that you can find super fast(i havent looked yet but will). then i asked how much for the installation and tune he told me 760 bux. is this normal? just trying to get a 2nd oppinion on this before i go in there.

 

Go somewhere else....I did not hear good things about them. $760 for Dyno tune and install? I'd rather go to Zcargarage and wait the extra month.

 

yeah, the shop is 3 blocks from my machine shop and i've had reservations from going there for years. mostly that they're shady...but then again, i've never been there so i can't tell you "yes" or "no"

 

yeah i just got the feeling they didnt want my business...

 

i think they normally work on hondas and mitsus

 

Tech 3 does a great job... talk to winston he's the master tech there, he works on my car all the time! Don't talk to chuck, he has a attitude problem... trust me talk to winston and you'll have a great business experience.. tell him brian sent you.
