Default Tint Shop

I went to Omega TintWerks in Livermore a couple weeks ago and I liked the work Vincent did. Llumar tint was used with a lifetime warranty. I went with 50% all around. I kept it light so I wouldn't get hassled by the cops.

Here's their info from a post a couple months back.

350Z Club price $170 5 windows Lifetime Warranty
ask for vincent

925.606.7168 Work 9-5
888.68.OMEGA
510.421.8224 Cell

Omega TintWerks
2169 Las Positas Ct. Suite D
Livermore, Ca 94551
EXIT N. LIVERMORE AVE.
Right off freeway exit/across the street from IN&OUT Burger

Wow! $170 for all 5 windows! That's the lowest I've seen. Is it Llumar full metalized tint or a mix of dye/metal?

Hey guys, I got my tint done at California Sunscreen. I chose them since it was convenient for me.
I got 30% back and 50% sides, total cost was $250.00. I'll upload some pics once I get off my lazy butt.

Default Tints R US

Hey guys,

Does Tints R US have an actual location or is it just mobile. Whatever, Moodie, and MGV156 - is this the first time you used Juan or are you repeat customers?

What percentage has everyone been tinting?

I know its expensive, but has anyone used Mr. Tint? They say that they computer cut the tint and its supposed to be better?

Thanks,
Ryan

This is the first time I use Juan. I believe Moodie used him for few of his other cars. I'm pretty happy with the tint quality so far.

I have 32% front 20% rear. Charcoal tint.

Why computer cut?? It really depends on the skill of the installer? Hell....give me computer cut tint and I'll probably still mess it up!!!

I have had 5 or 6 cars (friends and mind) done by Juan. No problems, and life time warranty.

I still don't have mine tinted yet. But Omega Tint Werks is the best deal I've seen. I just have to find out if they use metallized tint as they last longer, don't fade and don't bubble. I've heard of Mr. Tint. I think it's a ripoff. Come on $400 for tint and it's computer cut? Sure he uses Quantum HP (good stuff), but it's better to have someone lay the entire tint on the glass and then cut. My suggestion is to have it done by someone who's already familiar w/ the Z.
