At 8:30 in richmond. Sitting at a light and BLAM. 82 year old lady in a civic.
Rear driver side is mashed up pretty bad wheel well, rim, exhaust, major wobble when driven (its undrivable but I put it in the garage), who knows what else.

Can anyone recommend a good body shop? I don't have a list from the insurance company yet but maybe I can find a match.

 

damn sorry to hear that. DMV should require driving tests to be retaken every few years along with eye tests

 

so true my boss is 93 yeas old and still driving scary!!!!! sorry about your car that really sucks.

 

Don't take your car to a list shop from the insurance company. If you're looking for perfection, go to Brooks in Oakland. They work on all high end cars. Very pricey but since insurance is paying for it, take it to the best.

Are they that good? Yeah I don't plan on going to my insurance list shop.
I also hear Anthony's in San Rafael does a good job. They work on exotics and high end.

But please keep the shops suggestions coming.

It's in Sacramento but Florin Road collision did mine and they did the most amazing job mine was almost totaled and it looks as good as new

 

Brooks is an awesome shop. They are the cleanest shop I've ever seen. It was a rec from another Z member and I have nothing but good dealings with them. If you're doing any aftermarket installs, they are probably not the place.

Sorry to hear about your ride man. Damage like that you might want to have yourself checked. You will get compensated for it - lost wages. I got into an accident a few years back - t-boned at an intersection. The old dude was drunk and decided to run the red. I thought I was OK, then a couple days later my body started hurting.
