I was waiting for my bed to get delivered on Sat...should of gotten here Friday but thats a long story. Believe me I really wanted to get out of here and on the road...well I guess Freakmont will be the next meet.

with the number of Zs i see everyday out on the road you would think a meet would be able to produce more than 1 Z33.

 

That goes for meets too (and runs, you saw what a month of promotion turns out)
you see tons of Zs in the sac area, no comradery

 

i see Zs all the time a lot of them wave in passing but it seems like no one likes going to meets

 

I think we should plan more personally social things like BBQs and working on eachothers cars. Then people will get to know eachother better, that should increase morale

I went to the new In-n-out here in natomas (off del paso blvd) with some homies on Saturday evening. It was me, my homie with a supra, my homie with an MR2 turbo, and my homie who is actively shopping for a porsche 944 turbo.


MR2 turbo: we should plan a multi make/model meet here
Rest of us: That'd be cool.
MR2 turbo: I kno can get the MR2s to come
Supra: I could prolly get some supras
Me: I can get at least the Natomas based S2000s to come ... and prolly more.
The rest: s2000s? ... what about the Z's? ... there's gotta be alot of those right.
Me: Not so much ... the Z meets are lightly attended. Seems like only a small handful of core people will attend, if that. Others will post up about bein down and then never show. I went to a meet a couple weeks ago at the Roseville lollicup and I was THE ONLY Z that showed besides the lollicup owner's Z.
The others: (surprised) Really?? That's sad.

Then I come home later that night and read that Control350z(sean) was the only Z33 that went to vacaville.
