Just do a seach of last year's Freakmont at LeMans and you'll see what I mean.

 

last year we had a 240sx owner decide to show off his non ability to drift. so the end result was he jumped a curb and slamed into a tree and i think he hit someone sitting on the grass. i can find pix if everyone wants to see

Someone was actually hit and was sent to the hospital with broken bones....
Pretty serious actually....
240SX ended up crashing into a tree.... Totalled, I think...
Driver cited .... said he was only taking the corner aggresively...

 

This year Team Driven will have an eye out for anybody trying to act stupid

As Control 350z already mentioned. Last year we had a little issue with someone showboating on the street in front of LeMans. Poor judgement of the driver led to driver losing his car 'in a tree' and as well as a trip to jail and court date as well as more pressing issue is that he sent someone to the hospital. Bad news.

There will be heightened awareness for sure this year for stupidity.
We don't promote burnouts, drifting, or other acts of the sort. As most of us know that's done at the track and in a controlled area SAFELY.

So no that I step off my box of soap.

It would be great to have you all come out this year. What a beautiful sight to see a line of Z's eh?

Yea. It helps give people the opportunity to get days off, mark calendars, etc, aka plan.

 

I just went Karting at LeMans yesterday with 5 other drivers from our club. 1st time and it was a blast. Can't believe those cars can go so fast. This Freakmont event is only for the G35/350Z's only?? I would like to get my group together and do some competition Kart racing.

 

This event that our team, Team Driven, is hosting is a all Nissan/Datsun/Infiniti meet.

 

no this is a big nissan meet. all are welcome
