Well looks likes its official. We will finally have our open house on August 24th. All Z's and G's are welcome to come out. We'll have food here for you guys. Should be quite a few cars here and we'll try to bring some interesting things if we can.

Kyle, Robert and Yuichi...thanks for the great event at StrictlyZ today. Had a ball meeting the group and all the various models of Z's, G35's as well as the STI's.

Thanks for the advice on the mods as well. I'm going to create a wish list and see how many birthdays my wife will let me mortgage in advance. I'll be in touch.

Side note: thought I'd be smart and take the 680 back to avoid the ever present 880 traffic jams. Well, the traffic gods were conspiring against me as I found myself stuck in a five mile backup on the Sunol grade because of this:

 

It's my first Z event and I too thought the event was great. Got to meet some really cool Z and G owners. Congrats & Thanks StrictlyZ guys for organizing the event, the food and drinks, and the infos.

Also raced a VW a block before I got to StrictlyZ, met the VW guy and he was pretty cool, he had pretty nice setup on his VW.

For those who asked me to get some Z magazines for them, I was in Japan town afterwards, and sorry to say that all Fairlady Z magazines there are all solld out.

I couldnt go to this event, some things came up that I had to do. Oh well, see you guys next time I guess...

 

I was at the open house for a brief time. Had the only redline 350 there :-) seems like not a very common color.

but yah, on the way back up the bay, I thought I'd take the 680 too, but that back up was terrible. Definitely time to upgrade the stereo system... in case of bad traffic!

Aww man, I could of seen a Redline Z!

For close to a year since owning the Z, I have yet to see a redline in person. It was one of my first choices but figured it would attract way too much from the CHP.
