It's official, I'm working Sat. I figured the "same", as I knew we had a backlog of cases to catch up on for the Fed Judge(s). So besides the time change, I also have to work anyway.

Hey Gabe, I wish I had read this earlier, I would have joined you all for sure. We took a run up to Gilroy, and around, just to drive the Z. Itch'ng was right. I just couldn't stand it sitting in the garage and this was the only weekend I got off, due to the Holiday. It's 7:06pm and I'm reading this just now.

 

how does everyone feel about meeting up DECEMBER 21?,I met up with a old highschool friend of mine and he has a yellow z roadster and said he knew a couple people with Z's and they would love to go to the meet to,he also said they were thinking of starting a 831 Z club.

hey bwright glad to have someone else in the 831 area the 21st was just a impulse date,im thinking more along the lines of jan 4th,I know its far out just a heads up,and HOTT damn, I seen gabes nsx at starbucks today and thats one clean puppy.

 

As you can probably see from my profile, I split my time between here and Canada and I'll be going back for the holidays. Right now my schedule looks like I'll be leaving on the 21st and returning on the 5th so I guess that will take me out of both dates. I'm looking forward to meeting some of the local Z guys and doing some nice runs. That's one of the advantages to being here in Cali, we can take the cars out all year long. Right now I only have one of my cars here, a '94 Z32TT that I am in the process of restoring, but over the next year or so I'll get them all here. If anything is happening before I leave on the 21st, I'll be there.

Neither, on Sat's I do "Hearing Packages" for the Federal Judges, filtering through the unnecessary papers, and putting the real in order. Weekdays, I work with people live setting them up for retirement or disability. Sometime I mentor new people on the job, sort of extended training, other times I assist the people with research on laws and polices, that they don't understand. 38 years with the federal gov't. One day I will retire though. Notttttt......

 

January 4th sounds good here also. Nice way to start the New Year. bwright, if you aren't back then, just keep eye out for the next one. My neighbor (Q) puts them up. His car is seeing the doctor yet, but I'm sure it's getting tender loving care. And I think the car groups sounds pretty good. We'll have two good things here then.

 

Hopefully next year we'll have a large gathering of local Z owners to maybe have a X-mas group dinner.

 

I dont know if I can wait till the 4th,I might have to do a meet on the 21st and another 1 on the 4th ,the shop informed me that I would be getting my car back on the 11th of this month,so I need to drive the snot out of it....so anybody else down for the 21st meet also?
