Default Spark Plugs

What kind of spark plugs do you use? I went to AutoZone yesterday and they recomended NGK, but they want $9.90 a piece.

I found some Denso and NGK for a pretty good price.
Pros and Cons on Denso vs NGK Iridium

or any other brands?

Iridium's the latest trend; it's claimed that the spark's much more efficient, therefore pro-
viding better MPG & power. About brands, I've read there ain't much difference among them, so go with the price factor. Good luck.

Would stick with the NGK. Yes they might be more expensive but well worth it. Bosch actually does not have a recommended plug for the 350Z. Denso offers a plug but it is $.40cents cheaper and not worth it. I have had problems running the Denso- missfires, etc. NGK PLFR5A-11 is the OE Platinum #. This is a Z so I would not recommend going cheap on parts. I am shocked that they are selling you the plugs for that cheap. the list price on those spark plugs are $15.08each so thats $91 a set. So you might want to make sure they are selling you the right thing. the Iridium plug as suggested above does create a more efficient spark, they claim better gas milage, and they last longer. I use the regular platinum and I work on these every day so its all your choice. Good luck either way

1, and 2-step colder plugs, if I remember, are used for FI engines.. regular 350z only uses regular plugs.
