The meet spot was meh... try a more open place next time. Parking was bad. Usually when we have good meets it's a real big open parking lot, and off to an area where there's a large empty space. That was a small parking lot with some nice cars parked randomly in the back.

 

yea i noticed that normally there is plenty of parking back there
and i wasn't expecting as big of a turn out

Wsup guys...

I'm just a lurker from time to time on this forum...just dropping by to make a few suggestions regarding the meet. I don't own a Z but my friend does...the guy with the white Z parked near the entrance to tap x.

From time to time we have our meets at TAP X San Mateo too (BMW) and we park on the west side of tap x where Denny's is. The lot has a lot more open space and is well lit compared to the packed lot in back. Cars can easily park together to avoid door dings, etc.

not a great shot...but that's the lot and it's much more well lit than the pic shows



Another good spot is the Milbrae bart station...either the ground or roof top level. Ground is pretty level, accommodating low cars and area is pretty secluded from police and people in general. Plus it's a great spot for photoshoots.

coo! I believe most of our meets are held at Fremont or the east bay now...but yeah tap x is coo for the locals.

How about setting up the next one at Millbrae Bart? You guys can meet outside the parking structure then head up to the roof together.

 

thats a good idea but there is one problem there is a police station right next to that bart station

 

LOLS good luck with the ticket and watch out for the stop light and say cheese!!! hate going to that area specially the stop light,lots of paparazzi!

 

i suggest if you wanna make a mini GTG.why dont you guys just come out in SAN BRUNO starbucks or in Daly city Starbucks right infront of Ross.

Hey Pandah,

San Bruno or Daly City Starbuck's would be a bad place for a photoshoot if your planning one cause they are both dark places to have a GTG.

How about Tanforan upper taget parking place??? alot of room to take some pics?

 

The Evo's started to go up there, then Honda's came along and more followed (scions, ie.).... and from what the security gaurd told me, the civics were too loud so they kicked them out - and messed it up for everyone - unfortunately when the Evo's and I went up after this happen, the San Bruno cops came with 3 sqaud cars, thinking were were the group (hondas) earlier..... (not hating on other imports - just the stupid drivers)

Security doesnt F around there, one stupid person reving, and the San Bruno cops will show up again.

Unfortunately more imports are going up there and not playing it safe, so they are F*ing it up for others.

i guess people dont know how to act right..how about go karts in millbrae nice spot to chill ??
