Same here, work on Saturdays, but off on Sundays...or we would join in too.

This is looking "touchy", the latest weather report as of 6:32pm today 01-20-09.

As I plan Annual Runs, I know how rain affects people. I had one run drop from 100 to 64 cars due to rain last year. I hope we have a "Rain Date" plan like maybe Feb 8th or 12th "Sundays" maybe. What does the group think? I'm out on the 1st Sunday of each month due to my spouse teaching a Sunday School Class that day at church. Anyway food for thought here as it's quickly approaching...

 

Now how ironic is this....the past 3 weeks have been gorgeous sunny days, but as soon as I plan a meet,it rains....someone up there doesnt like 350z meets : (,well the a good raindate would be february 8th,Im still upset how close the meet was to sunny weather.
how does february 8th sound to everyone?

Cant do the 8th... Military stuff. But I will be up for next meet whenever. By then I will have some parts installed!

 

Okay, Quinn you can pick a rain date if rains. Only two dates out looks like 1st and 8th currently due to non availability, but after that, all are available. Hopefully the weather changes before then, I'll check it daily for this Sunday and keep all posted. So far it's holding true, rained today as posted and now showing rain everyday through next Tuesday, not to mention temperature dropping each day.

 

this rain sucks, we should have done it when we passed each other on 12th st..lol, as for Sunday hopefully it doesn't rain or at least like last time...so has the list got touched with more people yet?

Ive checked some internet sites/news and newspaper and some say its going to rain and some say its just going to be sunny with a little sprinkle, But If it does rain on sunday the new "rain" date will be february 22, 2009.

Sunday?, Shoot, it's raining everyday now as of yesterday to at least next Wednesday....so I think Sat is out too, and Mon, and Tues. But the last three weeks everyday was a Holiday - Sunny/Warm. That's exactly what happened to my run last year. I think though, we should make the broadcaster on the weather channel declare any Z run day a Sunny day. Or we could have Quinn hold a giant size umbrella in one hand and a giant hair blower in another and blow the water off the road, while keeping the rain off the cars....
This way we could not even worry about that water...

As of now...no, It says its going to be sprinkling which means rain lol, BUT I will keep checking the weather bcuz its ever changing so the final word should be saturday nite, so everone keep a eye on this thread

 

Man......not having car meets is depressing lol but i'll prob go out to the marina autocross on sunday and see my friends dad run just for the hell of it
