Maybe instead of Fort Ord you guys could have a meet inbetween The Bay and The Monterey Bay. That way we could get some people from both sides together possibly.

 

Sounds like a plan for the next run. Quinn and I (neighbors) will have to talk about that here one day s-o-o-n. Have to locate a meeting spot, lunch spot, and a route to do a short cruise on.

 

So where in the H#!! is everyone..lol, seems like everyone forgot about this thread.. and Warren whats going on with the location then? relocate?

 

No, Jose, I figure the next run in the future, we could find a good location just a little further north to get a few more added in like was suggested. I plan on Quinn and me taking a short ride and check things out. This one is set up and ready to go already. Quinn has it ready, hopefully all shows that's signed up and maybe a few unsigned, as my friend here with his G35 is coming with me on the runs.

 

Can you give the actual address of the meet point? I'm not that familular with that part of CA.

Is the meet place the target in Salinas, Sand City or Monterey???

The intersection is: Hwy1 and 12th Street Exit. You'll see "Best Buy" sign off of Hwy101 at the exit. If you come off Hwy 101, it's the first stop light turn right and turn right into the parking lot. Then just follow it to the Target Parking Lot area. That's the simple way. Chad: I'll cell on 831-905-1142, if you are coming in and want some assistance there. Note: It's by Fort Ord and near Seaside. I am coming from Salinas myself to meet there also. I will leave Salinas at 11:15 am.

Also for us that are there on Sat. we can discuss the next meet and a location just a little further north, then Quinn, myself, and anybody else that wants to....can take a little run and start checking out some sites, etc. (See Quinn, I volunteered you to join me...)

If I can stay awake and it's not pouring buckets of rain (light rain is ok), I can meet up with you in Salinas, then head out to Monterey, if that's cool?

It's a little tuff for me because Sunday morning I will be coming off an 8 hour work shift, driving all day long then going back to another 8 hour shift Sunday night, with no sleep. But it's gonna be like that till at least the end of the year, so I'm really going to try to deal with it and make it.
