Infineon or Sacramento (Raceway) Drag Nights
Infineon Raceway $25 / Sacramento Raceway $15
Wednesday Drag Days COMPARISON !!!
What are the goods and the bads on each tracks?
- Pavement/Track (stickier)
- Setting Drag Time (some say Sac is easier)
- Race Rotation/Circulation (faster to set next racer, less wait, more race times)
- The feeling at home (which are you more comfortable with)
- more crowd in bleechers (could affect driving concentration)
- ratio of muscle/import (more muscle cars could be intimidating) not my home
- workers/employees (courteous?)
- road/freeway to get there (bumps, potholes, dirt gravel etc.)

i've been to both...infineon is just by far better than Sacramento...staff is great...food ain't bad...but regulations at infineon is pretty up there...but most of the time (pretty much all the time from what i've seen) Japanese cars don't get as heavily inspected as american muscle...minus the traditional ricer civics and crap that show up

uhh pretty much yah....but when you pop your hood their looking for fuel leaks...coolant leaks...stuff like that...all cars at infineon require mufflers and they will put a dB meter to your car at the line so no exhaust cut offs or bypasses of that nature

It has to be SA not MA. You can't use a motorcycle helmet. You only need one if you run faster than 14.000. seconds

And your first run under 11.50 they check for the jacket, harness, and roll bar. My wife bought me a full suit - figured it was safer than just the jacket, so I wear that at HPDEs anyway. I just need to get a harness and I'm ready to rock there this year. I'll have to read up on when they require the door bars though. . .
