SYTFU 4th Annual BBQ/Meet (postponed)
So as you guys already know, the bbq isn't happening this Saturday the 21st, due to the last minute of the Fire Marshalls giving precautions and such.
We apologize to those who got the day off of their work for this awesome BBQ to happen and for a great way to start off your Spring Break. We were really looking forward to it also.
We are deciding on a new date that would work best for everyone. Here are the dates on which the event might happen and so far mostly everyone is pushing for the 11th.
April 11
April 18
April 25
May 2
May 16
Please vote on a date(s), we would like to decide on a new data asap.

here's an update:
sorry for all the confusion!!!
alright guys.. yesterday i resubmitted the lease agreement.. lease agreement's target date is the 11th of April.. Just got the updated insurance policy today and it's getting reviewed by the city of Alameda.. Once it's ok'ed by the city, all the permits and everything else will be updated.. I will keep you guys posted as I learn of the status..
Thank you guys VERY much for your patience and understanding.. We are working around the clock to get this event confirmed..

Dang, looks like I'm out then. Oh well....I work that Sat. Vince, I reckon your out too. I need to let them take my name off the list also for the hanger, will pm the drop off of myself and 4 other cars. Somebody else will have to coordinate the run with with whoever goes. I had another 5 cars not on the list and myself, but we'll not be able to make it on the 11th. I has hope any day but that one. May 2nd would have been perfect. You guys enjoy..
Warren, it looks like I'm going to be out as well. I really want to see you guys since it has been so long. I was hoping May 2, 2009 would be the final date, but i guess no cigar on this one.....
