I just got HSI+Phone for that $40/mo 12mo promotion but I might want to add TV soon. Do I need to wait until I get my first bill before asking you about adding TV?

No you can add TV at anytime. The only problem with that is you might lose the promotional rate when you add another promotion at a later time, in this case, cable. Send me a PM and I'll check it out for you.
