Default Another fix ticket again, NEED HELP blk Z

Got pulled over in Millbrae today. The cop let me roll up the windows and then give me the ticket for tinted windows and taillight. I am looking for help from black Z owner, can we switch the license and sign off the ticket? I would appreciate the help, and like to pay you the gas and drink. FML

The VINs for the two black Z's wouldn't match and you'd have BIGGER problems when that scam is uncovered. Looks like SoCal cops are on the lookout for heavy tints.

Too bad they don't ticket the littering, as that would help keep CA beautiful, and it's a good hefty fine for the state too. Just a thought.

lol dont do that. What if the cop does decide to check the VIN? plus paying for someone's gas plus whatever else wont be any less than $40, you can get your windows re-tinted for that much

He let you roll-up the windows or he asked you to? If you had tint and your windows were already down why the hell would you roll them up with the cop in your presence? Kinda dumb if he didn't tell you to and you chose to do it on your own.

What is really dumb though is going onto message boards asking someone to swap plates and pass their car off for yours... That is all sorts of fail in my book.

Here is the story. As I drove on the El Camino Real with all my windows down, i was pulled over by a cop while made an U turn. He had my license first then check around the car and ASK me to roll up the window, and said, "do you think i am stupid?", then cited me for the windows and tailights.
I know it is kind of weired, but i did get help while i am in LA. I just wanna try my luck in Nor Cal.

No bribe would make me swap license plates and reg cards with you. I could be coerced to let you borrow my tail lights though, as they take an entire 2 minutes to swap. As for the tint, yank it off, get signed off, then put it back on.

Not worth the risk of getting my car impounded.

Did the cop happen to see you or was he deliberately trying to get some people in trouble

I have mine tinted and i have aftermarket tail lights... I think the only thing that keeps me out of trouble is the fact that i'm a girl... LOL hate to say it but its true... This isnt my first sports car and I hear about people getting screwed and I feel really bad for all of you. I have some stock tails if you need to borrow them .

I heard that a lot of people get pull over just for tint tail lights.
After that, the cops get curious.

I think that all of them are trying to make some money for the state.

Good luck getting your ticket sign off.
