The car performed admirably on my first run with it - handling is exactly where I'd hoped it'd be, and it just felt solid. One thing I always demand from my cars is that communication of what's going on at the wheels, and I'm glad the Z has it.

See you all on the next one, and I'll try to remember my own camera this time!

Orrie, will see you on the next run. It was great meeting you and having you along. The Z is a great car for feedback from the wheels and road surface. Very confident driving the car right out of the box.

 

Hi, I just purchased my 2004 350Z on November 7th and would like to meet up with other Z owners in the Sacramento area. I see you recently had a meet at Mel's in Roseville in November and would like to know of future events.

Welcome to the community and congrats on the purchase of a Z. Truly an amazing car, I cannot come up with enough excuses to get out on the road.

I changed my settings. You should be able to PM me now. I love my Z so much, even Mondays are brighter because I know I will be getting in my Z and driving it to work. I look forward to driving my Z and find excuses to drive it for no apparent reason!

Please keep me informed of future meets. I would love to attend one in either Sacramento or the Bay Area.

Yep....I hate to admit it...but driving my Z is almost better then sex....Now note, I said almost!

I may organize a run in April for breakfast at Puta Creek Cafe in Winters then cruise up around the southern tip of Berryessa Lake Hwy 128 to Hwy 121 to some back roads that will drop us back on I-80 in Fairfield then home.

Or may do Mels again this time would start out at Mels for breakfast then take a cruise up I-80 to Hwy 49 to Hwy 193 and drop into Placerville and back home.

Keep an eye out for a new thread in the Northern Cal section of this forum. I may also post a link in the Sacramento thread.
