Talking MOD Friendly Dealer In South Bay

Hey guys,

I believe failsale brought this topic up awhile back. I talked to JIM CURRIER at Stevens Creek Nissan. I used to work there awhile back and Jim is probably the coolest service advisor there.

Basically if you have mods he seems to be ok with it. I just asked him to be fair, and I believe he will.

So if you need the general maintenance and what not give him a call at (408) 557-5538. Tell him Yuichi from StrictlyZ sent yah!

Also Longbowe(ICYZ aka Highway 9 Daredevil) works there as well so buy all your Nissan's from him

zya!

Jim's very aware of Z TSB's. He even asked me to check for the window streaks TSB. I think I might just take him up on that.

Yep, Gary's the bomb. Our fleet guy insists on having Gary do all the work, and is usually willing to leave his car there several nights until Gary's had time to work on it.

Dave,

When did you buy your car and which model? I was wondering because I might be getting the same symptoms that you're getting.

It fixes a rattle by the VDC button (re-torqing one of the bolts). Also shaving a little bit of the headliner to remove a buzzing noise in front. Also it has the visor buzzing fix. r. Can't remember where I saw the entire tsb though. There might be more.

I wouldn't recommend going to Falore Nissan over on El Camino for service. The advisors are uncaring and the service is terrible. I took my car in twice for service there, and last time I went, there were over 10 miles logged on my car. Plus, they actually wanted $250 to install the nismo exhausts! I don't think I'll take it there ever again. The parts department over there, however, rocks! They have great prices, and Bob Nannetti, the parts manager, is a super nice guy. I'm definitely going back there for my next mod!
