Police question?
When was grammer a factor in a forum thread at least you can read sheeesh! Lol, highways have to be surveyed so the radar evidence can be valid. The road has to be bigger than two lanes and needs some sort of divider in the middle that is either an island or a bunch of lines that make an island. Is the grammer good english majors/teachers?
If you violate the maximum speed limit, 65 mph... or 70 in some areas. You are speeding, there is no defense against that if you are in-fact speeding. HOWEVER, if you are doing 60mph in an area that has a posted speed limit of 30mph, the police have to provide the traffic/road survey that has been done recently, within 7 years (I think, can't remember the exact years...), to show that it is unsafe to go beyond that speed in that area.
Parking lights would be just fine. Headlights no problem. No headlights...if there's a directive I haven't seen, let's post the specific info. I'll send an email to somebody and check with them or check it out myself at the station, as I have never heard of anything like that.
