Default Installing Shifter.

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone around here has installed a short shifter or knows how to install one and could give me a hand. It doesn't seem too difficult, but I'm not sure I want to do it on my own and screw something up. I bought the car with a short shifter (unknown brand) and it's really stiff and feels like crap and I want to put the OEM shifter back in.

Even if there are shops that might do it, please let me know.
John

It's not difficult at all. These are the instructions for a B&M shifter. I have a Nismo shifter, and the instructions are pretty much identical. Doesn't really matter which shifter you have, they all go in the same way.

Yeah, everything seems easy on the inside of the car lol. It's just dealing with the 12mm bolt under the car is what I'm worried about. I don't have a jack, I only have ramps and the car is too low to get on them. I also can't get into tight spaces and work under the car cause I recently had spinal surgery. So I was wondering if anyone local might lend a hand since I don't feel like paying over $50 for such a simple mod.
