Default Fender roll/trim

I have contacted a few shops to roll my fenders in the South Bay and it seems like most only trim the fenders and won't roll. I heard that trimming the fender can weaken them so I wanted to roll. Anyone know where I can roll my fenders in the South Bay or is trimming them okay? Thanks in advance.

I want to roll my fenders too. I heard that Vex Motorsports in Downtown SJ can roll them for $60. Give them a call.

^ I saw 1 Z that said Vex did theirs and it looked like they used a vice. Not sure if they really "Roll" fenders but it wouldn't hurt to ask them.

You can also try dana@jdmotorworks.com , he did mine and got them flat and no paint chipped off. He really did an awesome job and Ive seen him do several Z's & G's.

Also check in here [Bay Area]: Automotive Shop Directory

or do a quick search in the in the norcal section for more info/advice.

Hope this helps

I took my car to Vex and the paint around the fender cracked on both sides. I wouldn't take my car there again.

Oh sorry then. That is the only place I heard about rolling fenders, no idea how good they are. Don't go to VEX then. Definitely don't want cracked paint.

I've never had a problem with my trimmed fenders, and they were done like 5 years ago.

Regardless, I know a lot of guys who had theirs rolled at Dyno Spot Racing in San Jose. Talk to Dick.

Ya Dana seems pretty busy so it's hard to setup an appointment. JDM555 did you get yours done yet? I need mine done asap because my fender and tires are getting destroyed.

What are the new wheels, their size/offset, and what size tires? Like I said, if you're in a pinch, hit up DynoSpot Racing in San Jose. They have done a bunch of 300Zs and some 350Zs.

I saw an ad on craigslist the other day for someone offering the service. I did it once on my old 94 Golf, just used a wooden baseball bat
