I need a roommate!
ive had some shady roommates in the past , im just looking for someone who can pay rent n utilities with me, party a little bit when a partys happening, and keep clean.
im 21 "pic on bottom right", male, and work for toyota, i work from 7-6p.m. everyday so im not allways at the house,
THIS IS NOT A "PARTY HOUSE", i just want a social person that can handle their own to drinking, possibly a good beer pong teammate when needed
male and female roomies welcome ages 18-25 hopefully
here is what your looking at ,
your own room, shared living room/bathroom/and kitchen
a garage to share, backyard with bar-b-que
a house to yourself 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. tuesday thru saturday
your own room with tinted windows hardwood floor and big closet
perks - You can be as loud as you want! no one really cares around the area, a great plus if your into music
a full on garage with hella tools / compressor if you got a car or bike - and washer dryer , try finding anyplace that has a garage for only 700 a month...
experienced roomie that is pro at keeping drama down and the place clean
next to el camino, close to train station, corner store is very very close
and get togethers, i like having fun little parties with people around my age, and our nieghbors next door and thier freinds which are 20-23, beer pong you name it
not perks - no dogs or cats...
- you cant use bad drugs - 420s fine
- no dishwasher, "must handwash"
i didn't have a chance to take pics, these are some i had all ready, pic of the graffiti mural in garage, tv setup which now has surround sound,an old pic of the kitchen, and a pic of me after small motorcycle crash
