ZONC is having their annual "Thank-You ZONC Members Event this year at Humphreys over in Antioch on 5 December 2010. This event also supports the Annual US Marine Corps Toys for Toys drive.

As this event is limited to ZONC Members only, it is an opportunity to join the and enjoy the benefits of belonging to the 2nd largest Z Club, meet ZONC members at a very nice location, have a great meal, help out a child for Christmas and have a good time.

New ZONC membership for the normal annual dues fee is $30.00 and then, once a member, for an additional $15.00 , 1 Brunch Ticket, Total: $45.00, The regular price for 1 for this brunch is approximately $31.00. For a total of $60.00, you can get 1 year annual membership w/ ZONC and 2 Meal tickets for this event.

Sorry, I didn't set the price ranges, I'm just posting it as information. Remember, there are cut off dates here so the proper accomodations can be made. Snooze & you loose...

Pay a relatively small price for a lot of food, meet other ZONC members , get stuffed on a lot of great food; Buy your meal ticket and spoil your date, and bring an unwrapped gift toy for the Marines who are already busy, but taking the time to support the many less fortunate children who don't have the benefit of really celebrating Christmas and enjoying toys.

Scrape some of that $ you daily spend on that Z and direct it towards a very deserving young child who is not as fortunate as we are these days.

Good Cause, will try to do this one. Keep this bumped. Hope to make it ourselves. If we make this, it will be our first one out since Sept. and I surely will want to make it. If we make it Alan, we should get table together and talk.

 

I would go to this considering i have a "tot" on the way but its 6 days before the babys due date,and want to stay close to home, you never know,even tho it would be nice to feed some speed to the Z rushing her to the hospital lol, maybe the next one : (

Again, ZONC has hosted another outstanding event for it's members. Tucked away in the Antioch Marina at Humphreys, over 40 people arrived to share in a very exorborant feast . Many different types of ocean food and prime rib were enjoyed by all.
After the formal announcements and new officier proclumations made, special Marine Corps guests made a short thank-you and were presented with the many toy donations by ZONC members for the Toys 4 Tots annual drive.

All & all a very good event and time shared by all. See you next year......Maddawg
