03122011-Contra Costa Cruise

Get out the Z's, dust them off after the winter, wax them up and get over to the Annual Contra Costa Cruise with team members of ZONC on 12 March 2011.

Zs, Gs and all other forms of Datsuns, Porsches, Racing Hondas and even a Vette have joined in before and will be there again, I am sure. This is an event sponsored by ZONC, the oldest Z Club in California and so you know it will be good.

Starting from the Panera Bread Factory over in Concord, we'll start and cruise over to Brennans in Berkely for a real meet, greet and eat fun time.

send Ann a ping by 03/06/11. Trying to get a feel on how many are planning to join. She is always baking special cookies an putting together goodie bags and so My quess is the 6th or march.

Yes, she's been swamped. Ping her again, show up, bring a camera as you may see other Zs you like in the M&G.

If 1st time w/ ZONC run, we cover ground rules and safety pointers before starting out so pleasse be patient. hopefully the sun will be with us

 

Can I just join for cruise part. It's on my working day. But I don't work until 3pm. Berkeley is only 10min from my home.

Todays event was another example of what can happen if you work as a team and get together for a good time.

This string needs to be closed now as today's event happened, people met, drove through teh Hills of Berkeley and Oakland and finally landed at a great lunch spot, Brennans.
