It's that time of the year agagin...

Got the smog inspection and i have to goto a Test Only or Gold Shield station... I use to know a mod friendly place but they are not a Test only or Gold Shield place... WTF!

Does anyone know a good place around southbay or east bay? I live in Fremont. I just have pop charger, header and exhaust changed.. still very quite.

What brand headers?

 

Tomei header with Nismo exhaust

 

Too illegal for me. BAR is really starting to crack down on us, even if someone passes you on visual the new software might red flag the inspection if the headers change the expected emissions enough from the norm. The red flag will just cause problems with the stations overall performance grade, no one is going to show up and issue citations right away.

Think about welding a DC sports plaque on those headers, make life alot easier.

I really think Im going to start handing out vacations when posts like this pop up... It is illegal and you should not be asking for help to break the law

Same goes for those that post up the name of shops willing to help. You can cause more damage to the shop by posting their info in threads like this.
