So....I went to San Jose for business and rented a car. Sparing the details, I got a ticket that may be slightly unreasonable (at least for all of it), but I've never gotten a ticket, so I don't know what to put on my statement. Or I was wondering if you guys knew of any good lawyers to take care of this.

Is a court appearance mandatory for said unreasonable ticket?

 

And what did you do? It is difficult to give any advice when we don't have a clue what laws you broke. From what you have told us, it could even be a parking ticket.

Im sorry officer I never seen any tickets and I was never in San Jose....
